The Leap to Leadership

Some of the most common questions asked of leadership coaches are “How do I know if I am ready for leadership?” or “How do I know if a leadership role is what I really want?” This session examines what the transition to leadership looks like from both the inside and the outside. Through self reflective practice, participants gain insight into their own latent talents and imagine the ways they could impact their environment through leadership. Since leadership is a complex set of skills developed through experience, “readiness” is an elusive concept. How relevant is “ready”?
