The New York State Master Plan for Aging is a comprehensive strategy to ensure older adults and individuals of all ages can live healthy, fulfilling lives while aging with dignity and independence. It focuses on creating supportive communities, reimagining health and healthcare, promoting inclusion and equity, supporting caregivers, and ensuring lifelong economic security. The plan is a collaborative effort led by the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) and the NYS Office for the Aging (NYSOFA).
