Coordinated Transportation Services Volunteer Driver

The Coordinated Transportation Services Volunteer Driver Opportunity is your chance to make a meaningful difference. As a volunteer driver, you play a vital role by providing rides for non-emergency medical appointments, food-related trips, and crucial visits to human service agencies.

As a volunteer, we work with you. We appreciate the value of your time. You decide when, how much, or how little you would like to help, on an as needed basis. Volunteers are the lifeline of what we do! Volunteers use their own vehicles and reimbursement is available for all miles driven, meals and/or parking expenses incurred on an authorized transport.

Living Healthy Southern Tier Peer Leader

Become a Peer Leader with the Living Healthy Southern Tier program and help empower community members to take control of their health. As a Peer Leader, you’ll co-facilitate evidence-based workshops that support individuals living with chronic conditions or chronic pain. Co-lead 6-week workshops using an evidence-based curriculum, create a supportive and respectful group environment, encourage participant engagement and self-management, attend required leader training and periodic refresher sessions. Girls on the Run of the Southern Tier Volunteer Coach

Girls on the Run offers fun, evidence-based programs that inspire girls of all abilities to build confidence, develop kindness, and strengthen decision-making skills. Through dynamic lessons and running activities, participants learn valuable life skills and discover the important connection between physical and emotional health.

Coordinated Transportation Support Volunteer

Help make a difference in your community by ensuring individuals have access to reliable transportation for essential appointments and services. As a Coordinated Transportation Support Volunteer, you’ll play a key behind-the-scenes role by assisting with ride scheduling and making confirmation calls to clients and drivers. Assist staff with scheduling and coordinating rides in the transportation system, Update schedules, maintain accurate records, and report any changes or cancellations, communicate courteously and professionally with clients, drivers, and partner agencies, support the transportation team in improving service efficiency and client satisfaction. 211 Helpline Volunteer
